Victoria "Vicky" Lathum is the innocent virgin girlfriend of Kevin Myers who is reluctant to have sex, and is his "target" after he initiates "the pact." He desperately tries to repair his relationship with her after they have a serious fight at the party where she accuses him of being with her only for sex. Later, when Kevin complains to Jim about the fact that Vicky is delaying having sex, she overhears this comment. With Vicky annoyed at him, he vows to make it up to her, and remembering what Jennifer had told him, Kevin performs oral sex on Vicky, making her experience an orgasm. She is ecstatic, as he performs the "Tongue Tornado" on her, so much so that she yells "I'm coming!" loudly and, inconveniently, just as her father is about to walk in to call her down for dinner. Kevin and Vicky eventually make up and have sex in an upstairs bedroom, but the act is very awkward. Vicky breaks up with Kevin shortly thereafter on the grounds that they will drift apart when they go to college, with him attending the University of Michigan and her at Cornell University in Ithaca.
In American Pie 2, Vicky is in an awkward position with Kevin as they are now just friends. Vicky tells Kevin that she slept with one guy, while Kevin tells her that he slept with three girls. Stifler multiplies that number tells Kevin that she slept with three instead of one guy. Meanwhile Jessica divides the number of girls Kevin has slept with and tells Vicky that Kevin probably slept with one or none girls.
Vicky does not appear in American Wedding.
Vicky does however, appear in American Reunion where she ends up in bed with Kevin once more, but nothing happened. They left in good terms and still friends. Kevin introduce her to his wife, all three of them dance together. Vicky was happy he moved on.
